Javier Corrales is Associate Professor of Political Science at Amherst College, Amherst, MA. In the spring of 2005, he was a Fulbright Scholar in Caracas, Venezuela, where he taught at the Institute for Higher Studies in Administration (IESA). In the fall of 2005, he is a visiting professor at CEDLA.
