Evan C. Rothera <ecr5102@psu.edu> is a Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow in the History Department at The Pennsylvania State University. His dissertation examines civil wars and reconstructions in the U.S., Mexico, and Argentina. He has published articles in
The Journal of Mississippi History and the
Journal of Supreme Court History, as well as numerous book reviews. He specialises in nineteenth century U.S., Latin American, and transnational/global history.
